Wolfpack Limo LLC - Company Policies

At Wolfpack Limo LLC, we are committed to providing premium, reliable, and safe transportation

services. Our policies are designed to ensure a smooth experience for our clients while

maintaining the highest standards of service.

• A minimum of 2 hours is required for hourly bookings.

• All reservations must be confirmed with a valid credit card.

• Full payment is required before the start of the trip unless prior arrangements have been made.

• Cancellations made 24–48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup will receive a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup are non-refundable.

• No-shows will be charged the full fare amount.

• A complimentary 15-minute wait time is provided for point-to-point transfers.

• After the grace period, wait time is charged at $1 per minute.

• For hourly bookings, additional time beyond the reserved period will be billed at the standard

hourly rate.

• A cleaning fee of $150 will apply for any excessive mess, spills, or stains.

• A damage fee will be charged for any harm caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle.

• Smoking or use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

• All passengers are required to wear seat belts.

• Unruly or aggressive behavior will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.

• Alcohol is permitted only for passengers 21 years and older.

• Compliance with all state and local alcohol regulations is required.

• Light snacks are allowed; however, meals and messy foods are discouraged.

• Wolfpack Limo LLC is not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen

circumstances.

• All drivers are licensed professionals, and all vehicles are fully insured and inspected regularly.

• A 5% gratuity (tip) is automatically added to the total invoice.

• Additional tips are appreciated but not required.

• Wolfpack Limo LLC is not responsible for items left behind in vehicles.

• Found items will be secured and can be claimed by contacting our office.
